iCF Process
Step 1 – An ICF representative works with the client to identify the ideal candidate required for particular position. ICF goes beyond just skills sets and experience, we ask about things such as corporate culture, growth expectations, and anything the client would like to see in the ideal candidate. Step 2 – ICF's research team searches job boards and resume databases for possible matches. At this initial stage ICF may identify 30 – 250 preliminary matches (depending on the type of position). A preliminary match means that the candidate is a possible match based on experience, education, and job skills. Step 3 – ICF then invites the potential candidates to take one of our proprietary online questionnaires. Each questionnaire is graded specifically to match the needs of the specific position. Step 4 – ICF identifies the top 3 – 5 candidates and arranges interviews with the hiring manager. To find out how ICF’s process can help you, fill out the employer needs questionnaire and let an ICF representative contact you for a no strings attached free placement. |
